The Community Open House for Reading School District’s new school will be postponed from this Thursday, September 5 to Sunday, September 8, from 2-4 p.m.
You can now apply for free and reduced lunches online or via paper forms.
The Reading Board of Education held a special meeting on Wednesday, July 24, to discuss the school construction project. The Board voted to change the school calendar for the 2019-2020 school year to add four more days for the construction crew to complete the academic wings of our new PK-12 school.
The first day of school for Reading Elementary students in grades 1-5 is September 10, 2019 and for students in PreK and Kindergarten is September 12, 2019. Click on the link for our school supply lists. (This list was revised on 7/25/19)
